At Lockton Affinity, I am responsible for check processing, spreadsheet editing, bank reconciliations, claims checks, and a variety of accounting tasks in operating payables. I serve a variety of needs for people throughout the company, responding to immediate needs as well as regularly scheduled cycles for accounts payable.

Working with clients on an ongoing basis to provide web content updates, social media presence, photography needs for business websites and promotional materials, writing, editing and proofreading legal matters, online research, research of online entities to help manage IP-related matters, and other organizational needs such as event management.

- Manage AR/AP, billing and other bookkeeping for law firm – under supervision of head bookkeeper consultant- Manage logistics for office events, supplies, errands, volunteer opportunities, social media engagements, and all other tasks as assigned- Typing and editing projects for legal documents as needed- Screening of incoming potential clients, managing client and vendor calls, front desk and office administration
