Beginning my journey in the hospitality industry, I commenced as a Marketing Executive at Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Gardens, a Marriott-affiliated time-share business. Seeking to expand my expertise and broaden my horizons, I ventured to Doha, Qatar, where I initially served as an F&B Admin Assistant at The Ritz Carlton Hotel for two years. Progressing in my career, I transitioned to Marsa Malaz Kempinski Hotel, Doha, as an F&B Marketing Executive, earning a promotion to Assistant Manager Wine & Dine within 10 months. In this capacity, I spearheaded performance enhancement initiatives and devised innovative strategies through monthly Marketing Strategic Planning and F&B activations.After over three years abroad, I returned to my homeland of Bali, joining Alila Seminyak, Bali, a part of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation, as an Assistant Marketing Communications Manager. Here, I orchestrated annual PR and marketing campaigns, elevating brand recognition on international, national, and local scales across various media platforms, including our social media channels.Subsequently, I assumed a pivotal role at Mozaic Gastronomic Ubud, a pioneering fine dining establishment in Bali and Indonesia. Here, I concentrated on crafting a robust Marketing & Communication strategy, overseeing all social media channels, managing outsourced service providers (SEO Management, Website, and Social Media Management), and cultivating social networking and public relations initiatives. Additionally, I devised monthly and annual marketing strategies in alignment with budgetary constraints.Presently, I serve as the Public Relations Manager at Regent Bali Canggu, the highly anticipated upper luxury hotel opening. These diverse experiences have allowed me to collaborate with professionals from varied backgrounds, shaping and refining my work ethic to this day.
