Recruited and trained a team from around the United States to engage in a 5-day direct outreach event at the Super Bowl – Phoenix 2023. Worked closely with local special agents to develop training with an understanding of the local trafficking areas and traffickers to ensure team preparedness. Building a team of volunteers to conduct local counter-human trafficking outreach in AR using the same methods of gleaning from local sources to better understand how to engage the sex trade and the major players in that locale. Regularly host community human trafficking events and serve in partnership with Join the Movement as a liaison during forensic exams to adults and adolescents who have experienced sexual trauma. Working to begin a needle exchange program in Walworth County to foster stronger relationships with those caught in addiction and trafficking with the goal to assist them to exit the game.

Recruited and built direct outreach teams to engage the sex trade (street, clubs, brothels, online, motels) to identify human and drug traffickers and provide a way out of the industry for those looking to leave. In cooperation with local authorities, I developed trainings based on the neighborhoods of each outreach location in the following states: CT, TX, VA, CA, ID, GA, TN, NC, WI so teams understood the local culture and types of environments they worked in. Coordinated extractions of individuals caught in the sex trade (ages ranging 4 to 31 years old) with local agencies and secured transportation to a compatible safe house and/or recovery program. Recruited a private pilot to orchestrate a survivor leaving the cartel to a safe location due to obstacles other forms of transport presented. Partnered with Federal agencies to location and arrest alleged human and drug traffickers connected to organized crime. Worked alongside of the Atlanta Dream Center to bring hope and freedom to the sex trade during a 6-day outreach event at Super Bowl – Atlanta in 2019. Recruited 170+ volunteers from across the United States to volunteer at a 6-day counter-human trafficking outreach event at Super Bowl – Miami. Developed training curriculum, recorded trainings and ensured all volunteers were equipped for the different neighborhoods of Miami (and the South Florida surrounding areas) as well as the various environments they would be working in. Organized all volunteers into teams, assigned and trained dedicated team leaders and created a schedule for 146 counter-trafficking outreaches to take place from Fort Lauderdale through Key Largo. Worked with local authorities to assist in facilitating the extractions of individuals who wanted to leave the sex trade and their alleged traffickers.

Worked alongside counter-human trafficking organizations and NGO's to identify persons of interest in the sex trade. Created and wrote programming and curriculum for the safe house, as well as acted as a “house mom” to survivors coming out of sex trafficking. Networked throughout the community and united local churches across Miami and the surrounding areas to train, develop and lead numerous local counter-human trafficking outreach teams dedicated to brothels, known tracks, pay by the hour motels, gentlemen’s clubs, various sites online and community human-trafficking awareness events.
