Resource coordination and inventory management for firewood, ice, camping supplies, first aid resources and other items required by campers. Visitor's Center Operations, including inventory management, receivables management and accounts payable. Responsible for Glamping Operations, including reservations, setup/breakdown and support. Trail and fuel maintenance to ensure trail safety. Coordination with local and state agencies to arrange for Emergency Operations Training for Search & Rescue training. Coordination with Robert Ferguson Observatory for event ticket sales and traffic management.

As the Information Resources & Technology Software Coordinator, I was responsible for optimizing the campus procurement, use and retirement of software assets and ensuring software license compliance for all campus-wide applications. There was a constant need to evaluate and re-evaluate our product inventory, leverage our economies of scale and, given the crushing budget situation, lower our bottom-line. Facilitating community wide collaboration with data, process and funds for mutual benefit has since become a passion!In addition to the core work of managing the university's software needs, I also provided Project Management and hands on assistance with application deployment and support, from implementation to training documentation. The most recent projects involved rolling out a new class exam product, a case management system and a survey tool. The latter involved a significant amount of deep-in-the-trenches involvement with surveys and the subsequent data analysis in SPSS.

Decibel Festival is an annual festival of electronic music, performance, visual art and new media in Seattle, with over 250 artists from 23 countries in attendance. As part of the festival, there is a three day conference which strives to create a space where artists, professionals, students, and the public can exchange knowledge and create a supportive community that fosters networking, collaboration, education, and promotes creativity through technology.As the Conference Production Manager I provided a wide range of logistical support, including content idea generation, scheduling, attendee coordination, participant introductions, raffle administration; even red M&M sorting and tear down. It was a daunting task, but I was fortunate to be able to follow the lead of some seasoned conference veterans, Alistair Croll and Sean Power, who were extremely generous with their knowledge and leadership skills to teach me much more than I ever expected to learn in such a short time. I was fortunate enough to get to cater to and converse with some of the greatest minds in the electronic music industry today, including Robert Henke, Carl Craig, Roger Linn, the crews from Propellerhead, Rane and Dubspot, and many more. Looking forward to staying involved with Decibel and this conference team for years to come!
