Education Partnerships Manager - Abrons Arts Center
CurrentAct as primary interface and liaison with external partners and Abrons Arts Education programmingManage the Promoting the Arts Throughout Henry Street (PATHs) Program; coordinate with Henry Street Staff to deliver high-quality, curated arts education programmingManage off-site Abrons Arts education programming taking place at NYCHA, the Department of Youth and Community Development, Department of Education, and community based sitesManage programming, hiring, documentation and reporting of grant-funded off-site programming (ie. CASA, Kornfield)Manage direct sales of arts education programming at NYC DOE schools and partner sites; create and maintain contracts with schools and partnersSeek out opportunities and generate leads for new school partners, community based organizations and artists for partnership programsSupport maintenance of education website information in partnership with the Marketing Department, keep class roster up to date, make sure events and timelines are current and clearSupport teaching artists with observations, curriculum development and Professional DevelopmentBook on-site class activity in building activity into Operations calendar program (Artifax)Order class supplies and track inventory for all off-site arts programming, classes and activitiesSupport teaching artists with curriculum development, observations and staff meetingsAssist with leading Professional Development trainings for teaching artistsContribute to outreach, marketing, and stewarding LES community members to AbronsData Tracking: track attendance, activity and programmatic success / challenges for fundraising and financial management ; collaborate with development for end of grant term reportsCoordinate Fall and Spring end of term showcases and visual arts shows at partner sites and/or on-site at Abrons Arts CenterSupport other departmental activity as assigned by supervisor
