Liaised between IT personnel (McKesson HBOC outsourced group) and the Physician Business group; accountable for verifying that the Pathways Physician Billing and Scheduling system met optimal design requirements to effectively manage the facility’s billing and scheduling requirements. Instituted policies in line with best practices for billing and scheduling functions.
