A bit more about me:◼ I worked my way up from graduate to CEO◼ At 30, I became the youngest owner in the company◼ I lead a team of 60+ people across multiple offices◼ During my first two years as CEO, Mapien won multiple awards◼ I’m a strong advocate for parents returning to work and brought my son into the office from when he was 3 months ◼ I’m known for my endless optimism, clever negotiation skills and the ability to bring people on the journey with meI regularly speak about industrial relations, negotiation, advocacy, disputes, enterprise bargaining, leadership, culture and the people side of scaling businesses. Although I’ve been with Mapien for my entire career, I’ve held many roles along the way.
