TransitCare is a not-for-profit organisation committed to improving quality of life by providing accessible and reliable community transport services to people who are frail, aged, living with disability, transport-disadvantaged or caring for someone who is.
Our services help clients stay connected to their communities and maintain independence. Whether it's attending medical appointments, going shopping, visiting friends or enjoying social outings, we provide safe and supportive transport to meet everyday needs.
We are funded by the government to support eligible clients both under and over 65 years of age across Queensland including Cairns, Townsville, Brisbane, Logan, Redlands and Gold Coast areas.
In addition to transport, we also offer a Social Support Program designed to reduce isolation. This includes regular group outings such as bus trips and lunch events, giving people the opportunity to socialise and build lasting connections.

Each one is not only fully licensed and safety-checked, but also trained in first aid and skilled in assisting individuals with varying levels of mobility and support needs. They’re more than just drivers - they’re trusted companions who genuinely care about the wellbeing of each person they assist.
