The position included sophisticated work that required extensive knowledge in technology, security, various cultures and histories as well as geo-political events while personally supervising the work of 6-12 soldiers per shift under demanding conditions in a cutting edge technological environment.I was responsible for setting up and implementing weekly and monthly work schedules. I divided up the division’s tasks and work assignments fairly for more than 40 soldiers.I assisted in the development and integration of various new systems into the division as well as adapting and improving different work regulations in the division.I completed the task of training and teaching all new recruits the work regulations and the operational procedures of the different systems in the unit. I underwent a military course in the Israeli national intelligence school for 5 months and received ongoing training. I was proud to be awarded an Exemplary Solder Award for my contribution to the Unitand an Honorable discharge at the rank of Sergeant.
