🗹 🗹 🗹 Roles & Responsibilities:➤ Taking care of Data Centers located in the Head office and all other branches by precautionary measures, disaster recovery and high availability plans.➤ Handling new projects with cross-vendor configurations and Critical issues related to Network/Security.➤ Configuring Cisco (2900, 3550, 3560, 4500-X), Aruba (HPE-1930, 2530) switches with VLANs, VTP, VSRP, Load balancing using HSRP, EtherChannel’s and L3 switching.➤ Configure Site-to-Site VPN / Remote Access VPN with FortiGate Firewalls (FG-800D, FG-500E, FG-200F).➤ Implement NAT (SNAT, DNAT & U-turn NAT) and Policy-based routing.➤ Configure AD integration, Traffic Shaping policy and High Availability.➤ Setting up security profile with Anti-virus and Intrusion Prevention (IPS) and DDoS Protection.➤ Implement Internet Usage Policy using (Transparent Proxy & Web Filtering, Application control, DNS Filter).➤ Configure AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting), RADIUS, TACACS+ with Cisco Secure ACS.➤ Configure profiler services, posture conditions and policy, and client provisioning.➤ Install and Configure WLAN and Guest Wi-Fi for Sites with Aruba Access Point (IAP 205, Aruba IAP 305).➤ Install and manage endpoint security with Trend Micro OfficeScan XG Antivirus server (on-premises) and client.➤ Managing Active Directory, DC, ADC DHCP, DNS, SMTP, FTP, TFTP, NTP and other network services.➤ Advice in technical support to high-level network management.➤ Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, vendors and contract parties.➤ Co-ordinate with ISP Technical staff for failure internet services as well as to complain launching for problems.➤ Performing Firewall auditing for the enhancement and Optimization of Data Security and Integrity.

🗹🗹🗹 Roles & Responsibilities:➤ Installing and managing the internal and Hosted Network Infrastructure including Server, Firewalls, Switches, Network Storage and endpoint network devices.➤ Handling Domain Wide Operations in the Head Office and other branches including Server Hardware (HP, IBM), Operating System (Server 2008 and 2012), DC / ADC / AD / Group Policy / DHCP / DNS / IIS / WSUS / Windows Backup Features / Patching, Updates, and Licensing.➤ Troubleshooting and solving networking issues - TCP/IP, Layer 2/3 network devices.➤ Install and Configuring Storage and RAID with NAS Synology DS415.➤ Providing and troubleshooting secure connectivity over VPN technologies for Head office and branches with Dell SonicWALL NSA 2650, 2600 & Sophos XG-350.➤ Implemented SITE TO SITE VPN Using IPSEC and GVC Client for Remote Access VPN.➤ Managing Cisco switches Catalyst 4500-X for core layer and 2960, 3550, 3650, SF300 for access layer.➤ Cloud Services (Oracle Cloud, Office 365) configuration, management as per company need.➤ Install and manage WLAN with Cisco Aironet 3602i series access point.➤ Managing and configuring Brute Force Prevention, DDOS Prevention, Specific URL blocking and Response Pages, Application Control.➤ Worked on technologies like URL filtering, malware protection, AD integration, Proxy authentication.➤ Network managing with Cisco Secure ACS Server (RADIUS, TACACS+) and device administration.➤ Install and manage Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) and client for system protection.➤ All POS-related procurement of new devices taking care of the budget of the company (POS Machine, Scanner, Weighing Scale Machines, HHT devices).➤ Handling new projects: Critical issues relates to Network/Security.
