Jaipur smart city Project-Involve in review Design, Overall Construction Supervision, monitor quality assurance and quality control of the contracts under the projects. Planning and Execution of the project to fulfill the requirement on time. Day to day management of the site including Supervising & Monitoring the site labor force and the work of any sub-contractors. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client. Involve in Construction Supervision, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control of the contracts under the projects. Supervising all construction activities, including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities

I see four projects of (Rajasthan police housing construction corporation limited ) a under rajasthan government and apart from this I have four engineers who reports to me directly and used manage thirty indirect/cross functional teams all projects going on inside rajasthan. Right now I am in mount abu posted and our team have to report to them day to day and look at their work and meet them to talk about the project and i am direct reporting to ADG sir Rajasthan Policed Head.Project Details and Cost : -Gudha police thana( 4 Cr. )Bhartapur 7th police housing residential apartments G+3 ( 12 Cr.)Aklera Jail Jhalawar( 16 Cr.)New Police Thana and Residential Apartments G+2 ( 17 Cr.)

Responsible for managing and executing projects, including time and budget management and quality control. As well as delivering projects successfully and being accountable for project planning and direction. Assisting in the supervision of civil, building works or services contracts. Challenging structural architects in terms of proposed solutions i.e. construction cost, technical requirements, sustain ability, suitability or quality. Delivering assigned tasks for airport design & infrastructure development projects . Surveillance and review of structures, design plans and drawings. Preparing and reviewing documentation for regulatory approvals and contract issues. Preparation of drawings, reports and specifications.

Project QAP, Contract, Technical issues,Hazard Study and Implementation.Implementation and maintain of MIS and progress report at site.Analysis of project schedule and identify problem areas and advise the management on pro-active basis.Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance .Accordance with the Project Coordination Procedure Documentation of all civil field activities and perform regular inspection to check progress of all projects.Preparation of daily progress report, weekly and monthly reports and circulates. .Implementation and maintain of MIS and progress report at site.Analysis of project schedule and identify problem areas and advise the management on pro-active basis..Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance.Accordance with the Project Coordination Procedure.Documentation of all civil field activities and perform regular inspection to check progress of all projects..Preparation of daily progress report, weekly and monthly reports and circulates.To every concerned department, PM and Project director. Responsible for completion of entire civil work within the schedule time and budgeted cost. Make structural lay out and detailing using AutoCAD software Discuss with the Client ,Consultant and or Contractor matters involving.Changes in the approved plans and variations of the cost of the projects.All Types Brick masonry And plaster works.Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.Estimate ,Quantity of Building work and project costing work.Makes architectural & structural detailing & shop drawing using AutoCAD.Painting work in building there oil paint, enamel paint , steel paint etc .Prepare manual structural calculations in Word, Excel and Pdf file format.Prepare daily project accomplishment.Compare quotations for Building Contractor, Finalize the Parches Order And Tendering and evaluation.

DIS is the subsidiary of Gems Education Dubai, is an international education company with a global network of award winning schools.Handled the project having nearly 15 Institutional buildings with 2.5 lakh sq. ft area(brown filed Projects) spread across the nation and scope includes site identification/finalisation, agreements closure with owners, Design & design execution, Project monitoring and control and Budget control, Vendor management, Ergonomics, Safety, Timely completion of projects, etc, and used manage thirty indirect/cross functional teams. I report to National Project Manager of the Company.
