• Looking after strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain Operations.• Looking after complete source to pay cycle for packaging materials (Primary and Secondary), general items & consumables and getting the best deal.• Plan procurement for BOM and Non BOM materials. Calculating monthly consumption and for 100% achievement of Production Plan with optimizing inventory levels.• Creating and maintaining good relationship with the suppliers, keeping records of purchases, pricing.• Maintaining and updating the list of suppliers, their qualification, lead time and potential future development.• Ensuring complete coordination with warehouse for good receipt, with brand team for new product development and finalization of artwork and with finance department for vendors payments and reconciliation• Ensuring adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment.Actively working with team members and Manager Supply Chain to complete tasks as needed.• To check daily reports of pending payable and unprocessed GRN and Follow up for their process completion.• To Call Quotation and preparation of Comparative Statements.• To prepare PO against Demand received from different departments for their relevant vendors as per approved Comparative Statements.• Follow up to receive bills from Vendors to meet taxable invoice requirements.• Follow up of material receiving and update in system till invoice.• To ensure all the GRNs are submitted to vendors within time frame• Follow up for Receivables from Customer.• Reconciliation with Customer about their materials arrived and Supplies delivered to them.• To respond the queries of Customer and to facilitate them.
