About Nafisah Syed Nahar

I was born in Kuala Lumpur but moved to London when I was 3 years old. I spent most of my childhood years (13 years) in London and Vienna, Austria. I completed my Bachelors Degree in Information & Knowledge Management from RMIT University, Melbourne in 2009. After living in Melbourne for 7 years, I decided to return home to Malaysia in 2013 to be closer to family.I’ve been an IT Project Manager in the Telco industry since 2015 and have managed over 50 Projects with work that is based in Australia. Types of Projects include IT infrastructure solutions such as cloud, network (Internet/MRS/Meraki/bandwidth upgrades/servers/fiber builds), Unified Communications, Contact Centre and Cloud Calling solutions.I’m currently a Professional Services Manager delivering business management SaaS to APAC clients. I have a team of Project Managers & Implementation Consultants who I love working with and hope to grow and expand!
