• Conduct audits at the supplier location as per the Nissan requirement and follow-up for closure of all the action items. Around 8 suppliers were onboard.
• Establish proper process controls at suppliers to deliver consistent quality levels. Supplier audits/improvements were carried out to maintain score of >80% levels
