Throughout my career progression here from Manager to Senior Manager and now as an Associate Director, I have constantly driven excellence and efficiency across a range of critical areas.My professional journey started with me advancing quickly within the dynamic environment provided by Shadowfax. As a manager for almost 4 years, I built robust strategies that facilitated effective decision making which led to significant progress throughout different projects undertaken during this tenure in the Bengaluru Area, India.Upon obtaining Sr. Manager responsibilities in October 2022 of Karnataka & Kerala, my key roles encompassed overseeing operations on a larger scale while ideas are unique solutions tailored towards addressing company-specific needs. This challenging period lasted for close to one year wherein continuous performance improvement was witnessed through strategic planning skills employed consistently.
