 Responsible for reservation and ticketing for both Domestic and International . Keep abreast with product knowledge, policies and procedures Handle guest complaints across and liaise with Guest Care to resolve the same . Was monitoring delays, disruptions, diversions of operations, and provide necessary assistance to guest General assistance with for web check in, seat allocation, food preference & special needs etc. Handle cancellation, reschedule for existing ticket based on guest requirement. Excellent knowledge on Sabre Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly service reports

 Assists sales reps in identifying and interpreting key customers current and future needs in systemsapplications. Provide solutions that are appropriate, feasible, cost effective and creative. Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations to customers remotely and on site. Performs benchmarks tests to demonstrate competitiveness and provide system tuning advice. Facilitate long-term customer relationships through the delivery of technical solutions to customerbusiness problems. Generate SALES revenues by providing advanced technical design and proposals. Design and maintain various training manuals and work books, with particular emphasis on keepingcontent up to date, through liaison with the Supervisor. Compile and submit Daily , weekly & monthly report on sales activities and needs on a timely andconcise manner.
