The Development Oriented Operation Research & Surveys (DOORS) was established in 2002 and registered in 2006 under Societies Registration Act-XXI of 1860. It is a non-partisan, non-political and non-profit organization working with the important object of betterment of relatively disadvantaged population groups. The Broad Mission of DOORS are to conduct social science research, provide consultancy on developmental issues, help planners and policy makers working in this area and provide charitable services to disadvantaged and poor of the country by taking up project implementation at grass root level either directly or through local NGOs.
