I was leading the full-scale agile transformation program at the company.Key responsibilities:• Designed, delivered and adapted the transformation roadmap of design, execution and post-go live phases• Overall responsibility for and active participation in defining and delivering all scope elements of transformation (business and technology aspects, structure, processes, communication, change management, people topics)• Managed the parallel work of project managers, project team members and external advisors• Conducted the program decision board meetings with management committee

I was leading the top priority strategic transformation program of the company.Key responsibilities:• Managed and participated in creating the strategy for building up a new business line with different approaches• Led and co-ordinated 60+ people working in several different work streams• Defined and continuously adapted program structure and introduced agile methodology to ensure maximum efficiency and prompt delivery• Led weekly Steering Committee meetings with the company top management, raised major issues, fostered decision making and discussed program status

As a member of Project Management Office, I was responsible for a variety of projects in different areas:• Managed large-scale transition projects including stakeholder management, project planning, project risk management, issue resolution and performance management• Managed several transformation and process automation projects (controlling and tax processes)
