• Attending Kick of Calls with the clients. • Communication with clients to understand requirements for each job vacancy.• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.• Determine selection criteria.• Attending technical interviews with clients. • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.• Conducting online & Face- to face interviews with potential candidates to build a strong candidate pipeline. • Supporting in salary survey task. • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.• Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.• Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.• Working closely with group of Recruiters and coaching them to achieve the organization goals with a very high standard.

Responsibilities:• Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles• Create and publish job ads in various portals• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events• Screen resumes and job applications• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualifiedcandidates• Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Responsibilities:• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.• Ensure providing the best possible caliber of applicants to the Face-to-Face Interview.• Source for potential leads/candidates and build a pipeline.• Perform phone interviews.• Update the recruiting database with information on whether the contact is a viable candidate or not.• Schedule candidates, who meet the minimum requirements for a face-to-face interview.• Handling the sourcing activities using available different sourcing channels for external candidates.
