• Responsible for all correspondences with suppliers ( Importation process , Technical & Financial issues ). • Reviewing customers purchase orders to make sure we accept its price and conditions before placing the orders with our suppliers.• Checking our inventory to book the available items before placing the orders with our suppliers.• Prepare and send purchase orders to suppliers.• Following up the supply of all orders to ensure on-time delivery.• Ensuring all certificates needed to get the CAPA approval are provided by the suppliers.• Preparing the file to be submitted to the CAPA to get their approval.• Communicating with the suppliers to get the documents and certificates needed for registering the disposables with the CAPA.• Contacting forwarders to get freight quotations and arrange orders booking. • Reviewing & creating all import documentation required for Customs purpose on all shipments , making sure that our supplier complies with the new Nafeza system.• Follow up logistics operational performance and resolve issues. • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales , After Sales Service and Finance.• Updating suppliers price lists with new products and discontinuation information. • Sending monthly report to suppliers with tenders , workshops and conferences we participate in.• Reviewing the suppliers statement of account with our actual shipments in case of open account. • Making a weekly report to be submitted to the chairman with the status of all our pending orders and shipments.• Attending meetings with the senior management , record minutes and following it up with the persons in concern. • Booking Air tickets for the senior management• Filing important documents • Aware of ISO requirements
