 Develop Policies, Procedures and provide action plans for successful implementation of ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and OSHAS 45000 as well as customer code of conducts such as Levis TOE, H&M Higg Index (Environment and Social) etc. Develop Grievance Handling Mechanism, Revised Disciplinary Action, introduce performance based appraisal System, Set Competence Criteria for all position, and formulate JR’s and JD’s.  Effectively Organized Grievance Committee, Worker Welfare Committee, HSE Committee, ERP and other Teams.  Develop Emergency Response Teams to counter different emergencies such any Fire Incident, Accidental Release of Chemicals or Hazardous Material, Waste Water Spillage.  Design Grievance Handling Mechanism, Disciplinary Actions and formulate Worker Welfare Committees in order to address and resolve worker issues and improve employee’s satisfactory level. Review Payroll, OT, Leaves, SESSI, EOBI, F&F, Personal Files and other relevant functions per applicable Laws and company polices. Conduct Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification & Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and recommend mitigated measures in order to avoid Accident .

 Review effectiveness and efficiency of internal control system and implement corrective action. Plan and monitor weekly company visit schedule of audit team and report to top management. Prepare audit plan weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for the company. Follow up of the audit findings and recommendation.  Invoice checking any verifying the figures. Pro-forma invoice (PI) checking. Proceed all kind of credit, cash and adjustment bill.Check Policies, Procedures and action plans for successful implementation and requirement of ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and OSHAS 45001.
