• Configure new clients through fiber or Radio link Device.• LAN design implementation and setup.• Installation Configuration & Troubleshooting Mikrotik & Cisco Router, OLT, and manageable Switch.• Manage Fiber Optic connectivity through monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems, securing network system.• Coordinate Customer Support (Lavel-1) and Physical Support (Fiber Team) department and Ensure quick service for any trouble.• Fiber Diagram, Google earth, IP Phone and CCTV Camera Installation configuration.• Prepare monthly report for Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission.

• 1st level customer communication & support through e-mail, phone.• Configure and maintain any brand of Wireless Router, Switch, and Basic Mikrotik Router, Radio link device, Media converter, Access point and network troubleshooting.• Provide technical support to the various users of the office.• System Monitoring such as NMS, Solar winds, cacti, Nagios, Bat file, Log Analyzer tools.• Implementation of support tools and resources to enhance the local and remote support to clients.• Hand to work with fiber team. (Splicing, Odtr and management of fiber core).• Physical Support (Fiber Team) department and ensure quick service for any trouble.
