Lead Data Analytics Team.Manage the process of gathering, analyzing, inspecting, and transforming data into meaningful content with the intention of deriving conclusions and helping with decision making.Key Responsibilities•Work with business engagement leads, delivery leads, data scientists, visualization specialists to understand and elaborate business problems: design KPIs (as appropriate), wireframes and/or define hypotheses for performing EDA• Understand data sources, assess data, work with business teams to develop ETL/ELT process, data treatment and data aggregation rules and accordingly clean, treat, aggregate & prepare data• Develop and test QlikView, Qliksense, PowerBI dashboard, reports, scripts and/or develop & test machine learning models and/or perform exploratory data analysisDevelop SQL queries and stored procedures tosupport the dashboards and validate queries written by colleagues• Ensure the continuous delivery and support for analytics related solution and new requirements.• Present results and insights to business stakeholders and drive consumption. Enterprise Business Intelligence.Duties/Responsibilities Design, Develop different data modelling/analysis & report services to be used for Data mining, knowledge discovery that enhance business processes jointly with IT and secure timely deployment and effective use by all level of user. Coordinate and comprehend functional requirements from business user and design required solution using SQL Script /SAP Business Object. Analyse and determine scopes for new analytics use cases in the unit for all functions including product (voice and vas), CLM, sales & service and customer experience. Analyse campaigns on ad hoc basis on SQL scripting based on systems data i.e. CDR, STS, CRM etc Identify requirement and plan data retention accordingly, communicate with technology team to ensure required support. Working for the stakeholders to identify, develop and communicate best practices, business plans, metrics, tools, trends, relationships, patterns, and competitive intelligence in support of new markets, and new business models. Provide on demand analytical support and reporting.

Point of Contact for GP for Voice, Data & Content related Product/Campaign/Services. Design and scoping the technical and functional solution (Charging & Provisioning) in accordance to an agreed specification. Prepare plans and feasibility study of all products and Services. Prepare Implementation timeline. Explore BSS & VAS functionality for the technical solution of products & services based on Ericsson Charging System and BSCX ix features. Business rule configuration planning for Prepaid & Postpaid tariff in Ericsson CBiO Platform. E2E solution design of P&C based on the current order management platform. Capacity Planning, dimensioning, and benchmarking as per business forecast. Service delivery management by doing E2E team coordination (IN, billing, mediation, Provisioning,CRM, VASO & BI) through activity plan. Finalize feature requirement and ensure resources in IN and service platforms (SMS, MMS, VMS,GPRS, IVR, USSD, Roaming, Mediation, Billing, and Service Provisioning) to facilitate product rollout. Engage with business stakeholders through the project lifecycle with clear & timely communications to ensure that requirements are delivered with common understanding. Skills in E2E Business Support System (BSS) domain including Pre-paid/Postpaid Charging, DataCharging Domain, Provisioning, Order Management.
