In my current role, I manage HR TA Admin and HR Operations, collaborating closely with Recruiters, HRBPs, and the HR Manager to streamline processes across the employee lifecycle. In my HR TA Administrator role, I handle job postings, interview scheduling, background checks, and relocation processes, while also generating recruitment reports and supporting payroll. As an HR Admin, I lead onboarding in SAP SuccessFactors EC, manage employee records, facilitate terminations, conduct orientation sessions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.I have gained expertise in various HR systems and tools. I am proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors for HR processes like performance management, talent acquisition, and employee development. Additionally, I am skilled in workforce analytics, which involves analyzing HR data to gain insights into workforce trends and organizational effectiveness. I also have experience leveraging SAP Jam, a collaboration platform, to promote knowledge sharing and teamwork among employees.When it comes to data visualization, I am proficient in using Brio Studio to create informative and visually appealing reports and dashboards. I am also skilled in utilizing Power BI, a powerful business intelligence tool, to create interactive visualizations and derive actionable insights from data. Moreover, I can develop customized business applications using Power Apps, enabling automation and streamlining of processes. As a citizen developer, I am capable of building automated workflows with Power Automate to improve productivity.In terms of IT service management, I have experience working with Cherwell to streamline service request and incident management processes. I am well-versed in utilizing Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint to enhance collaboration and productivity. Additionally, I am proficient in managing emails, calendars, and tasks efficiently using Microsoft Outlook.Beyond my technical skills, I have excellent communication abilities that enable me to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of an organization.
