As the Cloud Expert Engineer, I strive to function as the main support technical expert in specific Acronis products and services with a focus on escalated support for MSP clients. I am the person responsible for resolving the escalated technical incidents using my own expertise and extensive cooperation with the data center and development departments. I craft solutions within expected SLA response times, submit detailed incidents to developers for in depth investigation through JIRA,, and communicate current and future status with the customers to complete satisfaction. Support scenarios include, but are not limited to, SQL server, Azure, AD, DNS, O365, Network analysis using dedicated logging tools such as wireshark, process monitor, har logs, firewall configurations, local policy, registry keys, product updates and maintenance, system and application logs, virtual hosting, support MSP hosted environments, VMware ESXI, vCenter, Hyper-V, dockerized, containerization, and all things cloud related. Dedicated problem analysis to determine root cause and using interpersonal skills, provide clarity to our partner or end users.
