- Conduct/perform audit fieldwork as per the audit work programs, to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the internal controls and procedures.- Document process understanding including system flow charts and relevant controls.- Prepare audit working papers and maintain audit working paper files of the audits conducted.- Document issues identified during audits, along with necessary evidence, for the review of manager.-Assist sr. manager in developing periodic Internal Audit Plans for review of Ho IA.- Assist Senior Manager in monitoring the progress of the approved audit plan and prepare periodic status report on planned vs actual audits conducted for the review of Ho-IAD.- Assist Senior Manager in maintaining and updating the status of previous audit recommendations.- Carrying out, on-going basis, administrative and other tasks in relation to Audit Committee meetings.- Assist Senior Manager in the compilation of Internal Audit related working papers for Audit Committee meetings.- Assist Senior Manager in monitoring the departmental expenditure against the approved budget.
