Talent Management Executive
CurrentTalent Acquisition:• Oversee the full recruitment process for various roles, including interns, pupils, legal professionals, paralegals, and support staff.• Collaborate with PG Heads and Business Service Managers to understand staffing requirements and develop role-specific job descriptions tailored to the legal sector.• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through recruitment platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach efforts.• Conduct initial interviews where necessary, assisting in candidate assessments to ensure the firm attracts top-tier legal talent.• Maintain an organised candidate database, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for applicants throughout the recruitment process.• Stay informed about legal industry trends and compensation benchmarks to help shape competitive hiring strategies.• Provide talent acquisition support to the ILR Business Unit (Interim Legal Resourcing), working with clients to fulfil talent needs and engaging with candidates for secondment placements.Talent Development:• Support the HR Manager in identifying training needs across departments, including for lawyers, paralegals, and support staff.• Coordinate and manage onboarding programmes for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the firm’s culture and operations.• Collaborate with the Firm's KM, YTC, and QRM committees to organise internal and external training sessions, webinars, and workshops, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for legal professionals.• Assist the HR Manager in implementing mentoring and development initiatives to promote employee engagement and long-term career growth within the firm.• Support the Young Talent Committee's initiative by attracting top-tier graduates as pupils, organising and participating in legal career events, conducting university outreach, and engaging with law student bodies.
