I hold a Master of Business Administration degree in Banking and Financial Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, one of the top business schools in India.With my experience of HR into my previous organizations, I had provide strategic HR support, including developing policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. I also lead recruitment efforts, manage employee benefits programs, onboarding & induction, payroll and have conduct training and development programs for employees at all levels. Additionally, I have developed and implemented performance management programs, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and coaching. I am proficient in HRIS systems, especially in ZOHO, Keka & Greythr, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.I enjoy working independently but as part of a team, I have always strive to learn new skills and improve my HR knowledge and expertise.
