I am an instructional designer with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Vidyavardhaka college of engineering. I have over four years of experience in developing and delivering engaging learning modules and managing the learning management system. My core competencies include instructional design, multimedia production, and project management.In my most recent role as a senior academic specialist at Think and Learn Pvt. Ltd, I developed and maintained a library of training materials and multimedia content, including videos and interactive simulations, to enhance the learning experience and promote knowledge retention. I also coordinated and managed a team responsible for delivering the course content by collaborating with subject matter experts. I used my engineering, C++, and software infrastructure skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges and ensure alignment with industry standards.
