People, not concepts, are at the heart of any successful business. A healthy diverse and inclusive culture is the lifeblood of strategy. Understanding how to successfully live, work and play takes courage and commitment but is first and foremost based on an understanding of self and others. I have seen how vital it is to listen out for the whispers in the corridors, to pay attention to what lies beneath the surface, to bring respect, trust and transparency to the fore; I have seen how developing communication skills and allowing open courageous dialogue about race, gender, disability, all of it, can help a company or partnership thrive and succeed. . Working in the corporate and charity sectors I am committed to developing future thinking in coaching, communication skills training and neuroscience.
