At Careershifters, I'm the lead trainer for our London workshops. We work with professionals who are feeling stuck in their current roles, but don't know what they would like to do instead. Our workshops are a fun, interactive way of inviting participants to get out from their stuck thinking patterns about their careers and get them to move towards action.I also work with clients with one-on-one career coaching. I do most of my coaching by phone and therefore work with clients both around the UK and as far away as New Zealand. We work on finding clarity on what they are amazing at, what lights them up and what they care about most in the word. We then look at how all this can tie into possible careers and we build a practical plan for how to get there.
