Professional Experience:Job title mud Engineer (consultant) 2011 till date.SCOMI OIL TOOL Saudi Arabia,Responsibilities:-  Daily attend the meeting with ARAMCO Company and make plan for the upcoming operation.- Perform complete, accurate and timely well-site analysis of all drilling fluid parameters required by the company and or/the operator.- Participate in pre and post well planning and presentations.- Maintaining accurate and timely maintenance of drilling fluid records. Ex-mud, report, materials concentrations forms, drilling recaps and any other record or report requested by the company or operator. - Control the mud parameters according to the drilling program.- Displace the well with completion fluid, inhibited brine and inhibited diesel according to the well program.- Fill the tandem fill tracking sheet as per ARAMCO instruction- Carried out mud treatment correctly and maintenance of solid control equipments.- Preparation and submission of end well report and cost reconciliation utilization WDP software of the company.- Ensuring accurate chemical supply and consumption records n addition to maintaining adequate rig site chemicals in inventory resources.Clients worked forSaudi Aramco, Pakistan OGDCL.SPECIFIC MUD SYSTEMS:OIL BASE MUD:  Invert emulsion mud, All oil Base mud, solid free calcium bromide oil base mud, Spot mud, marker pill.  WATER BASE MUDSpud mud, Low solids polymer mud, KCL polymer mud, Nacl Polymer mud, CaCl2 polymer mud, Completion/work over fluid, BRINE:Calcium chloride brine, sodium chloride brine, inhibited brines, CaCl2 & CaBr2 Brine, Nacl & NaBr2 Brine and saturated brine MUD CHEMICAL TEST:Chloride test, POM test, Excess lime test, total hardness test, Pf & Mf test and  MBT test.OTHER TEST:HTHP TEST, Permeability plugging test, API test, Rheology test, Electrical stability test, retort test.  GGT test,  H2S detection test.
