I leverage my MBA in Retail Management and my previous experience to create and implement innovative and effective solutions that align with the company's vision and values.Some of the key achievements that I am proud of include: developing and facilitating various training program for over 500 employees across 40+ Restaurants, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention; streamlining and standardising the HR policies and procedures, leading to improved employee engagement and performance; and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to identify and resolve process gaps and inefficiencies, generating a substantial increase in revenue and productivity.
