I am currently the Operations Manager of two Red Rooster stores in Brisbane City. I started as a cashier back in September of 2019, and in just 1.5 years I become a Shift Supervisor. I've been working as an Assistant or Restaurant Manager for 2.5 years, and as an Operations Manager since just this year. After some more hard work, I am hoping to soon start my development to make my way into the companys head office.I absolutely love expanding my knowledge, and developing my skills. I'm always up for a challenge, no matter what the risks may be. Something I have come to love throughout my years as a manager, is the joy that comes from teaching my team how they can improve. Creating programs for them that will better their skills, and prepare them as future managers.One day, I do hope to start my own business. Hospitality and Real Estate are some of my passions, so the hotel industry has definitely caught my eye. The dream is to become a hotel manager, or managing my own real investments, as well as others through my own Real Estate company.So far, these are all just big dreams. But I know that I'll give 100% to doing what ever I need to in order to be successful, while still doing a job I love.
