Over the last few years, I have written and received $56M+ in grant funding opportunities for multiple non-profit agencies. I help nonprofits and FQHC's (mainly in the areas of Housing, Community Development, Homelessness, Workforce Development, Civil Rights, Sustainability, Foster Youth and Food Insecurity) locate, apply for, and receive grant funding from Private, Foundation, Corporate, City, County, State and Federal, including the HUD NOFO.

Coordinating the grant writing process for a collaborative of eight local non-profits: Goodwill, Next Move Homeless Services, Wind Youth Services, Community Link Capital Region, People of Progress, The Sojourn Project, Fresher Sacramento and Joshua's House. In my time at Goodwill, I helped facilitate, write and receive funding for a total of $46M in grants to our local non-profit member organizations.

Sacramento Steps Forward is the lead agency working to end homelessness in the Sacramento region. By using a collaborative, data-driven, outcomes-based approach, we help ensure that individuals and families experiencing homelessness have access to housing, employment, health, education, and other resources necessary for economic stability and an improved quality of life.

REV, formerly True Market Solutions, helps organizations accelerate their sustainability impact. We do this through Sustainability Circles, combining the experience and wisdom of experienced business coaches and expert speakers/service providers with the power of twenty committed participants from ten companies.

Varying from Family Specialist to Family Facilitator, I provided Intensive In-Home direct services to emotionally disturbed children and their families through the development of strength-based Individualized Service Plans.While the Child Care Manager, it was necessary to maintain compliance with Federal, State, and local licensing standards for a RCL 14 (highest level) facility housing 36 co-ed latency age emotionally disturbed residents.Provide direct supervision to House Supervisors, Intervention Specialists and Shift Leaders in order to support staff needs with developmental activities as well as to monitor compliance required by CCL, JCAHO and other governing entities while ensuring ongoing staff and program evaluation.
