Roles & Responsibilities: -• Maintain and track daily progress report of MEP works to meet the weekly deadlines.• Monitor drawings/ material / work conformances with provision as per the specifications and IS codes during execution and erection to assure quality of works.• Project management work with Client & contractors to ensure proper coordination of different services for smooth work flow of the project.• Certification and billing of the HVAC, plumbing and firefighting works at the site.

Roles & Responsibilities: -• Maintain and track daily progress report of HVAC works to meet the daily task goals.• Attend all project related meetings with Client, Consultant, Contractor and report back to seniors to discuss/plan for further proceedings.• To ensure all HVAC works are undertaken to required designs, specifications, standards and quality measurements.• To get bill verification of HVAC works on monthly basis from Client/Contractor to ensure smooth cash flow.
