Project details- Construction of 500 bedded Hospital at Goa Medical College, Bambolim under PMSSY costing Rs. 250 crores Roles & Responsibilities: -• Designing and cost estimation of MEP services for preparation of Detailed project estimate.• Heat load and pump head calculations.• Monitoring day to day activities at Site during execution and erection to assure quality of works.• Project management work with contractor/vendors to ensure timely completion of work/project.• Certification and billing of the MEP works at the site.• Manage any change process in the execution work and review/validate process for extra item costs.• Certify and evaluate market rate analysis for deviated and extra item costs

Project details- 1. Construction of 750 bedded Hospital & Other Institutional Blocks at National Cancer Institute, Jhajjar under AIIMS, Delhi costing Rs. 550 crores.2. Construction of 100 bedded Burns and Plastic Surgery unit at AIIMS, Delhi costing Rs. 150 crores. Roles & Responsibilities: -• Maintain and track daily progress report of MEP works to meet the weekly deadlines.• Monitor drawings/ material / work conformances with provision as per the specifications and IS codes during execution and erection to assure quality of works.• Project management work with Client & contractors to ensure proper coordination of different services for smooth work flow of the project.• Certification and billing of the HVAC, plumbing and firefighting works at the site.

Project details- Construction of 700 bedded Indira Gandhi Hospital at Dwarka, Delhi costing Rs. 600 Crores. Roles & Responsibilities: -• Maintain and track daily progress report of HVAC works to meet the daily task goals.• Attend all project related meetings with Client, Consultant, Contractor and report back to seniors to discuss/plan for further proceedings.• To ensure all HVAC works are undertaken to required designs, specifications, standards and quality measurements.• To get bill verification of HVAC works on monthly basis from Client/Contractor to ensure smooth cash flow.
