Combining an MBA from DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University with a background in engineering, I aim to leverage my analytical skills, passion for technology, focus on addressing end user needs, and desire to create an impact to tackle a wide range of business challenges in a variety of industries. I’m currently part of the Card Client Journey Enablement team at CIBC where I’m constantly looking for areas of CX improvement for credit card clients with the aim of improving the brand value of the bank which is measured through NPS.A fun fact about me - I'm a former U-19 professional soccer player and an avid enthusiast of Ultimate Team in FIFA/FC.
