• Designed and implemented a distributed fraud detection & mitigation system. This system efficiently iden- tifies and prevents payments to unreliable carriers, subsequently extending its reach to multiple regions, positively impacting over 1500+ carriers. As a result, we achieved a substantial 60% reduction in fraud, translating to remarkable quarterly savings of $10M.• Spearheaded a cross-functional team to develop an application for assessing carrier trustworthiness. This involved extracting and cleansing data from the data warehouse, implementing machine learning models, and securely storing the results in database and making it available for clients. Also, designed and developed a robust testing framework for conducting shadow testing and AB-Testing of ML models which helped in proper testing and analyzing impact of various experiments on ML model and launching them in a straggered manner. Our collaborative efforts resulted in a 28% reduction in system fraud.• Discovered a payment service bug that was causing duplicate payments to carriers, promptly Fixed the issue, resulting in monthly cost savings of $900K.• Designed, developed, and launched a microservice end to end, which tracks all type of dispute raised by the carriers & make automated payments to the carriers as per decision of the internal operator. Hence reducting manual intervention and improving the time to resolve the dispute from 15 to 4 days. Developed the pipeline as well as expanded the service into multiple regions.

- Worked on creating a datastore from scratch and integrating a CRM to our current system and implemented the functionality of handling real-time updates and working on improving our system efficiency to scaling up our system to accommodate any number of CRM’s. And single-handedly deployed the whole flow on AWS. Also, worked on various data automating and converting our system to agnostic.
