Founder of their own casting company, Namaste Casting, their work focuses on inclusivity and accessibility in casting spaces.In addition to their casting career, Blair is a Senior Administrator, Project Manager, and Event Producer with a proven track record of building professionals relationships across industries and cultural backgrounds. They are currently in the process of co-founding the 2024 inaugural Accessibility B-T-L Expo™️ in Atlanta, GA wherein their Event Production skills will be put towards improving accessible production offices and sets in the film industry.
