I run www.nameandname.com a creative boutique in Asia. I'm the only person ever awarded Taiwan Citizenship for special graphic design skill. I've featured in the book "Infiltrate, top New York designers" in 2000, been named "Advertising Young Gun in Asia" by Campaign Asia Magazine in 2005, and nominated by CreativePool UK as a "Top 100 creative influencer" three times, and selected as a top 25 Creative Director & top 25 art director (most recently in 2020). I have judged creativity awards (at Cannes Young Lions Taiwan, Cannes Lions Taiwan and Spikes Asia Singapore, the Paris based PosterforTomorrow's competition, Creativepool UK's typography awards,) and I helped start Cannes Lions Taiwan Creativity Week, where I have been a guest speaker at the event. My work has won many of the industry’s top awards, including uk D&AD awards for design, branding, typography and advertising, USA Type Directors Club awards, Singapore CCA awards, including best of show and golds, and Taiwan international design awards. At BBH advertising agency, my teamwork won their black sheep award for best project in the network. I've worked in branding and advertising at: W+K London & Shanghai, BBH London, Tokyo & Singapore, Chermayeff & Geismar NYC, Sterling Brands NYC and Emery-Frost Australia. While I was at Chermayeff&Geismar I helped them have their most profitable year ever, and helped W+K London win several pitches (TheGuardian UK + Nokia global). For 9 years (ongoing) I've led Name&Name Ltd. creating design, branding and visual marketing/advertising for clients across Asia, China and the world. In 2020, my first clothing graphics for adidas were featured in Vogue and GQ magazines, my Taiwan Passport was issued for special design skill, I spoke at Cannes Lions Taiwan Creativity Week.
