In the Reality Labs at Meta now I am working on the Quest AR/VR headset hardware's OS and backend API.As a Staff Software Engineer (and Software Engineering Manager) at Mentor Graphics, I lead a team of highly-skilled and productive software engineers who build and maintain the Test Engineering software products for our division. I have over 20 years of professional experience in software development, architecture, and management, using C#, C++, C, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and other tools.I am passionate about solving complex problems, delivering high-quality software, and continuously improving our processes and practices. I have successfully led the conversion of our legacy desktop Windows software into a SaaS cloud product, designed and developed the division's next-generation SaaS cloud platform architecture, and implemented a fully automated Continuous Delivery/Deployment system for our cloud applications. I also perform the roles of Product Owner and SCRUM Master, ensuring that our products meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders. I am a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and a strong advocate of agile methodologies.
