Developed a 3D robotic arm model’s in-scene game object manipulation skills using PPO reinforcement learning algorithm in Unity Game Engine. Developed workflow for game object voxel visualization (in Matlab). Created and tested convolution neural networks to predict game object stability using voxel data. Cloned and transformed plasmids into Rosetta 2 E.coli cells and 10G Sub-cloning cells. Screened different lysis buffer conditions to optimize solubility level of RAD51 and RAD51AP1. Over-expressed the proteins of interest in E.coli cells in large scale amounts. Purified the proteins using bench-top Nickel column pull downs, as well as Nickel column and gel filtration using an FPLC machine. Prepared various buffers, antibiotic stocks, enzyme stocks, LB media and plates. Amplification of AID fragments using in-house primers through Touchdown PCR. Ran SDS and Agarose gels on frequent basis.
