About Nan Chen

The reason why I am interested in second/foreign language acquisition is that I want to help people enjoy language study. Growing up under the exam-oriented system, I found lots of my peers disliked learning English and regarded learning English as learning grammar and vocabulary. But I think learning English can also be exciting. So I majored in English Language and Literature at Sun Yat-sen University in China. After graduating with a distinction degree, I am now studying TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) at University College London.
