Led the Process & Project Effectiveness team that provided support to six utility companies within the WEC Energy Group family in the Midwest. Our team operated the PMO's for customer services and customer operations which included $400M of projects. We also provided business analysis and testing, project management, portfolio management, process documentation and improvements and change management services to project teams.

Held multiple leadership roles on the Improved Customer Experience (ICE) program. This program standardized customer service processes and technology across 6 utility companies within the WEC Energy Group family; combining 3 CIS platforms onto a new platform; rewriting 80 internal and external interfaces; moved outsourced work in-house and utlimately improved metric performance to 1st quartile. My roles included leading the Credit/Finance/Payment Processing Work Stream during functional design; providing business leadership during technical design; co-leading the test team for Credit/Payment Processing; and managing the training program and training logistics. The program was implemented in phases over two years.

Managed the Meter to Cash organization for 2 of the Integrys Energy Group utilities - Wisconsin Public Service and Upper Penninsula Power. Organization included 114 employees in multiple departments including: Advanced Metering, Automated Meter Reading, Complex and Residential Billing, Payment Processing, Credit and Collections, Finance, and CIS departments. Organization included managers, leaders, exempt, wage and hour, union, and temporary resources. During the 4 years leading this organization, the dashboard operational and cost metrics all showed marked improvements.
