My role allows me to provide thought leadership and direction to Instructional Design Independent Businesses and contractors who are engaged to develop virtual instructor-led activities, blended eLearning solutions, simulations, animations, and other learning solutions to meet Client needs. Collaborate with Clients to understand specific business needs, corporate culture, infrastructure, and performance gaps before designing and developing advanced, custom, performance-improving training solutions. Build relationship with Clients while managing expectations, communicating status, and resolving open issues. Respond to Client and internal concerns, prepare reports, conduct reviews, and lead Client meetings.

• Create training programs from concept to finished product including needs assessment, design, development and evaluation (includes pilot groups, roll out strategy and marketing) to support organizational and strategic initiatives.• Facilitate webinars and workshops to build the skills of our members on internal technology programs, marketing, preferred suppliers and on business best practices.• Manage the budget for individual training programs such as specialist programs and other paid workshops and events.• Manage teams of subject matter experts for webinars, workshops and curriculum development projects. Ensure that educational programs are relevant to the audience. • Develop subject matter expert’s skills both internal and external in presentation and facilitation skills for both webinars and EDGE workshops.• Develop e-learning lessons and recorded webinars using Articulate. Continually review and update as needed. • Manage projects to include defining, planning, executing and closing the project.• Explore trends, innovations and applications within the training industry.• Responsible for maintaining learner records and entering data in a timely fashion.
