Reporting to the VP of Human Capital Strategy & Operations of $80M private business and technology consulting firm, with 500+ employees located in six domestic and two international offices. Responsible for Human Capital strategic program design, development, education and implementation. Major accomplishments include: Responsible for the Human Resources functional area, including 2 direct reports, and day-today HR operations [including new hires, on-boarding and exits/terminations] Performed compensation analysis and bench-marking for the business which included over 500 consultants with a variety of skills Designed, directed and integrated the company’s talent management strategies, policies and programs in a rapidly transitioning and growing global company. Led critical corporate initiatives including strategy planning, leadership development and training, talent evaluation and acquisition, on-boarding, compensation analysis, workforce planning, employee relations and compliance programs  Successfully partnered with Senior Management Executives in the design, development and delivery of the Performance Management and Mentor ship Programs for Paragon’s consulting business across all level of the organization including the executive level. This included; vendor selection, configuration and implementation of an e-Appraisal system.

Responsible for all human capital functions relative to talent availability, requirement tracking, training and development, immigration processing, headcount and utilization metrics, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, workforce planning and organizational design.

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources was responsible for managing and directing the operations of the Human Resource department, including a team of 3, which encompassed; facility management, recruitment, compensation planning, performance management and training, and benefits (plan design and vendor selection), and employee relations and communications. Major achievements included; Development of policies, process and procedures to support the organization in their transition from privately held company to public  Successful workforce planning and execution to support high attrition that occurred due to a shift in corporate strategy and business direction.
