Joined organization as a HR Executive.As a HR Executive I used to handle the recruitment department of organization. I have worked with Non-IT, BFSI Domains hiring.I had experience of sourcing candidates from portals like Shine.com, Times job, Indeed, Foundit, Hirist, LinkedIn.Directly coordinating with managers and Client to understand the manpower requirement.Making screening calls, scheduling interviews, doing follow-ups, co-ordination with the candidates.
