Integrative Activities Specialist
Current• Coordinates meetings and assignments with administrative staff.• Manages cluster program director role assignments.• Researches and interprets NSF and federal regulations and policies.• Develops and maintains querying tools for monitoring meeting obligations and award and decline trends (e,g. demographics, institutions, funding amounts,etc.).• Tracks active awards within the cluster.• Serves as a back-up for various roles.• Conducts staff needs assessments.• Creates and manages communication tools.• Monitors contracts and interagency agreements.• Serves as the division’s Contracting Officer Representative.• Updates and/or creates standard operating procedures and provide trainings.• Ensures that solicitations and dear colleague letters are properly drafted and submitted for clearance approval through internal workflow systems.• Serves as a back-up for the Operations Manager, other Integrative Activities Specialists, Program Analysts, and Program Assistants within the Division.• Creates and manages communication tools such as email aliases, Microsoft teams channels, and SharePoint.• Member of Working Groups such as the Robotic Process Automation Community of Practice (RPA-CoP) and the R.gov Account Mgmt Reviewer & MyNSF.
