I provide advocacy and case management services for international/local immigrants by completing the following applications: Spousal open work permit (extension) , Open work permit,Bridging open work permit, Canadian Citizenship, Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, PR applications, Parental/Spousal/Common law (inland-outland) Sponsorship, Provincial Nominee Programs.I also do a quality control on applications before having them submitted.

I process standard teller transactions for customers including servicing client accounts, accepting loan payments, managing safe deposit box payments, cashing checks, void checks, commercial accounts, offer clients credit card’s, balancing cash drawers, handling night deposit and correcting discrepancies. I assisted with the training of new tellers ensuring that they received a comprehensive education on proper banking policies. As my managers associate I adhered to strict safe deposit box operations and guidelines. I assisted my manager with audits and daily balancing of the vault. I organized over 300 customer transactions receipts accumulated from the tellers on a daily basis, so they could be properly filed in a proper manner.
