I started working at age 14 and worked my way up to Store Manager of Berrien Springs MI, McDonalds at age 19. I was responsible for staffing, training and scheduling employees, ordering product, keeping max-min levels, rotation schedules, maintaining A+ health records, store cleanliness and community outreaches. The store was considered a Red line store when I took it over and within 6 months we were consistently in the positive black holding our own in the industry.By age 22 I shifted gears and went into the auto industry, working for Bendix/Allied Signal/Bosch in Saint Joseph MI. I worked on hydraulic dial machines and CNC lathes. Changing out tooling and reading blue prints. I was responsible for quality audits, both with multiple instrument gaging and visual inspections. I packed as well as moved product from station to station and out the door. I worked hand in hand with engineering to write the work procedures and guidelines for the Hydro Boost departments. I was responsible for starting and overseeing the Hydro Boost rework area. I was a co-leader of our 5S program over the entire Plant and Foundry.Age 33 I relocated to Maryville TN were I wore many hats. Shifting from the auto industry to the marine industry (Skier's Choice) while holding onto a few secondary jobs. One job was an assistant to the sue chief at Tellico Marina Yacht Club until I was able to get in at Dick's Sporting Goods with a Federal Clearance to sell guns in the Lodge. I also worked with the youth ministries and became a certified Stephen Minister and fostered for 5 yrs through Omni Vision. This 10 year journey was all about learning! In addition to working at Skier's Choice and either working a second job or fostering while working in the community and at my Church I also took classes and passed both the State and Federal Real estate requirements to become a Realtor in the state of Tennessee.For the past 5 years I have worked at Carahsoft Technologies. I work with the VMware by Broadcom vendor to provide state and local government and education with state of the art cyber security. My main focus is East Coast where approximately 19 states fall into my territory, however I have just recently just been asked to take on South Central and I'm acquiring 5 more states.
